Inspired by her mother-in-law’s affectionate nickname “Mimi” and her belief in love as the ultimate human connection, MIMILOVE creates music that inspires, uplifts, and connects people on a deeply emotional level. Born in 1972 in Kanpur, India, to Late Wing Commander Santosh Kumar Jolly and Late Jyotsna Jolly.

After 23 years , in just three months since her return to music, while she took a pause to raise her family, MIMILOVE, given name Meenakshi, has emerged as a powerhouse songwriter and artist, crafting a remarkable catalog of 78+ original songs. Specializing in R&B, Pop, Rap, and Top 40, her versatility and storytelling prowess have captivated audiences worldwide. MIMILOVE’s work stands out for its authenticity, blending raw emotion with chart-ready appeal, and has already earned her industry recognition.

 MIMILOVE displayed a love for music and arts from the tender age of 3, when she began singing and dancing. Her natural talent was undeniable, and she went on to win numerous awards in singing and dancing competitions throughout her youth. Her artistic abilities were matched by her achievements in other fields.

MIMILOVE was active in track and field, cricket, basketball, and debates, excelling in each and earning accolades during her younger years. This diverse range of talents laid the foundation for the well-rounded, multi-faceted artist and leader she is today. MIMILOVE’s upbringing in an Air Force family and schooling from The Airforce School, Delhi, instilled in her a deep commitment to service and helping others, which has been a defining principle in her life. Influenced by the values of discipline, honor, and community responsibility, she has carried this ethos into both her music and professional endeavors. She gives 100% credit to her father and her Schooling for her writing abilities.

For three years, she volunteered with the Concord Police Department, contributing her time and energy to serve and support her local community. This dedication to helping others is mirrored in her music, where themes of hope, love, and resilience often shine through.

Before her return to music, MIMILOVE built a thriving career spanning multiple industries and continents. She served as the Principal of prestigious schools in Nepal, where she inspired and guided young minds. After moving to the United States in 2004, she transitioned into the banking sector, later founding successful real estate and accounting ventures. Currently, she works for American Income, where she dedicates herself to serving union members and their families.

MIMILOVE believes deeply in humanity and giving back to the community, a philosophy that has shaped both her professional and personal life. Her classical Indian training in music, mastery of the sitar, and Bharatanatyam dance skills provide a strong cultural foundation for her work. She combines these influences with inspiration from Bollywood legends like Lata Mangeshkar, Asha Bhosle, Kishore Kumar to Western R&B greats like Whitney Houston, Tony Braxton Alicia Keys, and Chris Brown and the innovative edge of genre trailblazers such as Eminem and Beyoncé.

She also advocates for the social responsibility of artists and musicians, believing that those who create art wield immense power to influence the social environment. MIMILOVE believes that musicians should use their platform and artistry responsibly, recognizing that their work can shape perspectives, inspire change, and foster unity. Many of her love songs are inspired by her husband, BABA, whose unwavering love and support ignites her creativity.

A soulful adult contemporary album, designed to accompany intimate moments between couples, further showcasing her ability to connect with listeners through the emotional power of music.

MIMILOVE is equally inspired by the clients she works with through her professional career, whose courage in sharing their personal stories has served as powerful material for many of her heartfelt and socially conscious songs. She also expresses profound appreciation to her mentor, DJ Facks, for his invaluable support in amplifying her music across 123 countries.
